TiVo Chief Marketing Officer to Present at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Institutional Investor Conference

April 7, 2005 - ALVISO, Calif. - TiVo Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO) today announced that the Company will participate in the SunTrust Robinson Humphrey 34th Annual Institutional Investor Conference on April 11-12, 2005 at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia.
Matt Wisk, TiVo's senior vice president and chief marketing officer, is scheduled to give a presentation on Monday, April 11 which will be broadcast live beginning at approximately 11:05 a.m. ET. The live audio webcast will be available at http://www.tivo.com/ir, on the Investor Relations section of TiVo's website.
An archive of the presentation will be available at http://www.tivo.com/ir and will remain available until midnight, Monday, April 18.
